Refund & Cancellation Policy

All products sold on FAME STORE are digital products, delivered as downloadable files. Please read this policy before placing an order.

1. Cancellation

You may cancel an order before making the payment by simply not paying. If you have already paid and have not downloaded the product, contact us within 24 hours of payment with your Order ID and UTR.

2. Refunds

Because digital products cannot be returned, refunds are generally not provided once the product has been downloaded or accessed. Refunds are considered only in these cases:

• You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate payment).
• Payment was deducted but the order could not be verified and no download is possible, after our investigation.
• The file is corrupted or defective and we cannot provide a working replacement.

3. How to request a refund

Email ab821939@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request", and include your Order ID, registered email, UPI Transaction ID (UTR) and the reason for your request.

4. Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original UPI ID or bank account used for payment within 5 to 7 business days. Bank processing times may vary.

5. Replacement

If a file is damaged or not as described, we may provide a corrected file instead of a refund.
